Bean Survey 用户协议
本协议是您与 Bean Survey（bean-survey.com）之间关于注册、访问和使用问卷调查及相关服务的约定。注册或继续使用服务即表示您同意本协议及《隐私政策》。
一、账户注册与使用
您应提供真实、有效且属于您本人的注册信息，并妥善保管账号、密码及验证码。一个自然人不得通过批量账号、虚假身份、共享账号等方式规避平台规则。因您主动泄露凭证或违规共享账号造成的后果，由相应责任方承担。
二、问卷参与规则
您应基于本人真实情况独立作答，不得使用脚本、机器人、自动填写、代理网络批量参与、虚假定位、多人共用身份、复制他人答案或其他影响研究数据真实性的方式。不同项目可能设有人群甄别、配额、地区、设备、IP、完成时长和质量审核条件。
三、任务状态
调查可能出现完成（Complete）、甄别（Screen Out）、配额满（Quota Full）、质量终止、审核通过或审核不通过等状态。部分状态由第三方调查供应商实时或非实时返回。平台以合作方回传、系统日志及质量审核结果综合确认最终有效状态。
四、奖励与结算
符合项目要求并最终被确认有效的参与记录，可按任务页面显示或平台规则获得相应奖励。页面显示的奖励可能因项目状态、质量审核、供应商最终确认、汇率或平台规则而调整。甄别、配额满、质量不合格或审核不通过是否产生奖励，以具体项目规则为准。对明显因系统错误、重复发放、欺诈或异常回传产生的金额，平台有权核查并更正。
五、禁止行为
您不得攻击、扫描或干扰平台系统；绕过风控或访问控制；伪造回调、项目状态或身份标识；抓取、转售或未经授权披露调查内容；侵犯第三方知识产权、商业秘密或隐私；利用平台从事违法活动。发生上述情形时，平台可暂停任务、冻结相关奖励、限制或终止账号，并在必要时保留证据及依法追究责任。
六、第三方服务
Bean Survey 会接入第三方问卷和研究项目。第三方负责其问卷内容、研究目的及其页面上的数据处理。项目可能随配额、客户要求或质量审核随时暂停或结束，平台不保证任何特定问卷持续可用或用户一定符合甄别条件。
七、服务变更与中断
我们可能因维护、升级、网络故障、第三方接口异常、不可抗力、监管要求或安全风险调整或暂停部分服务，并会在合理范围内减少对用户的影响。
八、知识产权
平台软件、界面、标识、文档及自有内容的相关权利归 Bean Survey 或合法权利人所有。第三方问卷内容的权利归相应研究机构、客户或供应商所有。未经授权不得复制、传播、反向工程或用于本协议约定之外的目的。
九、责任范围
在适用法律允许范围内，对于由第三方问卷内容、第三方服务中断、用户设备或网络故障、不可抗力以及用户违反规则导致的损失，各方按其过错和法律规定承担责任。本条不排除法律不得限制或免除的责任。
十、账号终止
您可以按平台提供的方式申请注销账号。若存在未完成的结算、争议、风控调查或依法应保存的记录，相关数据可能在必要期限内继续保存。严重或重复违反本协议时，平台可限制或终止服务。
十一、协议更新与适用
我们可能根据业务和法律变化更新本协议，并通过网站或合理方式通知。若具体条款与强制性法律规定冲突，以强制性法律规定为准；其余条款继续有效。

Bean Survey Terms of Service
These Terms govern your registration, access to and use of Bean Survey (bean-survey.com), including survey participation and related services. By registering or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Account Registration and Use
You must provide valid registration information that belongs to you and keep your account credentials, password and verification codes secure. You may not use bulk accounts, false identities or shared accounts to evade platform rules.
2. Survey Participation Rules
You must answer independently and based on your actual circumstances. Scripts, bots, automated responses, large-scale proxy participation, false location data, shared identities, copied responses or other conduct that undermines research-data integrity are prohibited. Projects may include screening, quota, geography, device, IP, completion-time and quality requirements.
3. Participation Status
A survey may result in Complete, Screen Out, Quota Full, quality termination, approval or rejection. Some statuses are returned by third-party survey providers in real time or after review. Final validity is determined using partner callbacks, system logs and quality-review results.
4. Rewards and Settlement
Participation records that satisfy project requirements and are ultimately confirmed as valid may receive the reward shown on the task page or determined by platform rules. Rewards may be adjusted based on project status, quality review, supplier confirmation, exchange rates or applicable platform rules. Whether screened-out, quota-full or rejected responses receive any reward depends on the specific project rules. The platform may investigate and correct amounts caused by system errors, duplicate payments, fraud or abnormal callbacks.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not attack, scan or interfere with platform systems; bypass risk controls or access restrictions; forge callbacks, project status or identity identifiers; scrape, resell or disclose survey content without authorization; infringe intellectual property, trade secrets or privacy rights; or use the platform for unlawful activity. The platform may suspend tasks, hold related rewards, restrict or terminate accounts and preserve evidence where necessary.
6. Third-Party Services
Bean Survey integrates third-party surveys and research projects. The third party is responsible for its survey content, research purpose and data processing on its pages. Projects may pause or end at any time due to quota, client requirements or quality review. Bean Survey does not guarantee that any specific survey will remain available or that a user will qualify.
7. Changes and Interruptions
We may adjust or suspend parts of the service due to maintenance, upgrades, network failures, third-party API issues, force majeure, regulatory requirements or security risks, while taking reasonable steps to reduce user impact.
8. Intellectual Property
Rights in platform software, interfaces, marks, documents and proprietary content belong to Bean Survey or the relevant rights holder. Rights in third-party survey content belong to the applicable research organization, client or supplier. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering or use outside these Terms is prohibited.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for losses caused by third-party survey content, third-party service interruptions, user devices or networks, force majeure, or a user's violation of rules will be allocated according to fault and applicable law. Nothing in this clause excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
10. Account Termination
You may request account closure through available platform methods. Records may be retained where necessary for unsettled payments, disputes, risk investigations, audit requirements or legal obligations. Serious or repeated violations may result in restricted or terminated service.
11. Updates and Applicable Rules
We may update these Terms to reflect business or legal changes and will provide notice through the website or other reasonable means. If a provision conflicts with mandatory law, the mandatory law controls while the remaining provisions continue in effect.
